Welcome. For 15 years I have written and spoken about the spirituality of caring for elders — full credentials here — but life has drawn me to nurturing the magical, unapologetic, powerful journey women most poignantly yearn for after caring for others: wellness at every level, and full-out living from the heart and soul.
I am a multi-award-winning writer nominated twice for the Pulitzer Prize and have been interviewed by major media including the Today show.
